Commercial General Liability insurance policy in the amount of $5M per occurrence insures against third party claims for bodily injury (including death), personal injury and/or property damage as a result of actual or alleged negligence of the Contractor. This policy shall include:

2) Cross Liability / Severability of Interests clause

3) Contractual Liability

4) Minimum thirty (30) day’s written notice of cancellation or non-renewal to the Municipality

5) Non-Owned Automobile Liability (SPF 6) in the amount of $5M

6) Include a Products/Completed Operations in the amount of $5M per occurrence  when there is a sale of goods, including food and beverages.

7) Include a liquor liability policy if selling or serving alcohol.

The description on the certificate to reference the dates, location, and use. The applicant on the permit should match the insured on the certificate of insurance.

Please advise if they are using a drone as there are additional insurance requirements for this.
