Every four years, over 140 teams from 15+ countries travel to the Host City for this week-long event. It\u2019s built on an Olympic-themed approach in that it\u2019s hosted every four years, and since the event\u2019s inception, it has grown to be the largest international adult recreational hockey tournament in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Locations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2023 &#8211; Richmond, BC*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2016 &#8211; Windsor, ON<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2012 &#8211; Sault Ste. Marie, ON<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2008 &#8211;&nbsp;Quebec City, QC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2004 &#8211; Ottawa, ON<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2000 &#8211; Vancouver, BC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1996 &#8211;&nbsp;Toronto, ON<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The economic benefit to the Host City is estimated between $12 and $19.2 million.
