Ya know, cause lacrosse game usually end up with double digits on both ends of the scoreboard, not hockey.

For the second straight game the lights were shot out.  This one went unfortunately to the Growlers, and not the Gators.  Dems the breaks I suppose

You might remember the Growlers who knock us out in the playoffs last winter.  They had the divisions best Goalie last winter.  That was kinda hard to believe this game on account of 19 total goals scored.

First period saw a 3-3 tie by the buzzer on bingos from Gord, Mitch and Eric.  The flodd gates stayed open in the second as well with Tremblay and Overton finding the net, and McRae sizzling 2 more in to finish off the hat trick.

Third period saw an early tally by Gord and at that point the Growlers goalie was fed up, and in the process drew an unsportsmanlike penalty.  No nachos for you guys!.  An additional Growlers penalty that finished with a Gator PP goal.  That put us up by 2, which is normally pretty safe... normally.  Then again it was midnight and shit happens at midnight.  The Growlers clawed away at three tallies before the end of the period and walked off with a 10-9 win.

Fuck.

Eric Mcrae with a 3g game would have normally cuddled up to #GatorOfTheGame... if Gary was there... New guys...
