The April Fools version of Gator hockey saw the Green and Gold take on the Ice Ninjas.  In the 2 previous meeting the season they got the better of us 4-2, and 3-0.  Third time is the charm? Possibly....

The Gators threw a solid 13 shots on the Ninjas is the first, with Gillis getting the lone bingo of the period.

The second saw that tilted ice go the Ninjas way as they shot back with 13 of their own, tying up the game minutes in.  Ironman Overton got the lead back before the end of the period on a nice passing play from Brady and... checking the scoresheet... Spenny.

Third saw some good back and forth action.  Some sustained pressure from the Ninjas saw some penalties result, and shortly there after the tying goal.  Then the heartbreaker with 2 minutes left as the Ninjas took their lone lead of the game.

Lowrey stopped 28 and grabbed #GatorOfTheGame in back-to-back fashion
