Welcome back Gator Hockey news reader people's

Bear with me on the first news of the season, I didnt play, and the rivercree onstream didnt save the game so I'm going entirely blind on this one.

That being said, some things never change.

Did we win?  F'n rights we did!  Dubya talk baby!

Did we go PIM-free and get nachos?  Damnit, no (a little tear forms in corner of eye)

Did KT pull a Kuchy and after being gone for a season show up and bingo twice?  Of course he did

Did we let an early one in?  Does a duck with a boner drag weeds?  Its kind of our thing... luring the opponent into a false sense of security... right... false sense of security (keep that one for later)

Gators won an on-paper pretty even game.  Coulda been a true beerleague score as the first ended 2-2 off bingos from Jordo and KT. 

Second ended 5-4 with tallies from Mitch, KT (2nd of the game), and the eventual game winner from young Leonard

Third just saw a lone bingo scored by Goebs, and the game was the Gators.  

Stick taps to #GatorOfTheGame Mitch Cunningham with his 1g 1a effort, alongside some beautiful puck movement that even the refs had to compliment... repeatedly.  

Noteable absences:  about half the team were at weddings. 

We had to do a call-down from Buds Hockey, and a call-up from the Falcons and a bring-a-friend to make up todays roster.  #BeerLeagueProblems
