Official Rules:

1. Sponsor 

This contest is administered by Zoom Vantage Inc. operating as iPlayHockey referred to as the “Sponsor.”

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Québec, aged 13+ years old at time of entry. Entrants under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible. Entrants must also comply with TikTok or Instagram’s terms of use as applicable to the Entrant to be considered eligible.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on Friday, January 9th at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends on February 28th at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter. During the Contest Period, Entrants may enter by following all of the steps listed below:

  1. Follow @iplayhockey.ca and @carhahockey75 on Instagram
  2. Send @iPlayHockey.ca a DM with a video (15 seconds or less) of your best skill, shot, or cool move on your ODR
  3. Like the iPlayHockey contest post on Instagram
  4. Share the contest post to your IG story and tag @iplayhockey.ca (so we can see it!)

5. Prizes

There are a total of 4 hockey sticks available to be won in this contest, each with an approximate retail value of $400 CAD.

Each winner will have the opportunity to select the brand and model of stick they wish to receive, up to the maximum value stated above.

No cash alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no cash or substitution will be offered except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize delivery will not be unduly delayed.

6. Prizes

7. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided, and within a limited time (E.g.2 + 4 × 3 – 5 = ?) to be declared a winner and claim their prize.

8. License & Publicity

By entering, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and publish your submission in connection with this contest, including promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional use at the time of submission. Selected entrant (or their parent/legal guardian, if a minor) must sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Except where prohibited, winners consent to the publication of their name, city/province and image for advertising/publicity by Sponsor, without further compensation.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By entering, you completely release Instagram and TikTok from any liability arising in connection with this promotion.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely to administer this contest, verifying eligibility and awarding prizes, all in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at iplayhockey.ca/privacy-policy/. Where we describe what we collect, how long we retain it, where it is stored, and with whom it is shared.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, submission errors or unauthorized third-party intervention. Entrants release the Sponsor from all liability in connection with the contest. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, sitting in Ottawa.

13. Quebec

This Contest is not open to residents of the province of Québec and is therefore Void in Quebec. Entries submitted by Québec residents will be deemed ineligible and will not be considered.
