Cross-Under Pivots

Instructor Mike Pilon changes pace by teaching the Cross Under Pivot as opposed to the Mohawk for defenceman. The Cross Under Pivot allows a defenceman to transition skating from backwards to forwards which, in turn allows a player to gain speed moving up ice.
