Drill overview

Hand-eye, quick hands, and smart finishing all in one.

  • One player positions in front of the crease facing the goalie.

  • Their partner pushes a puck through their legs like a rebound.

  • The shooter must locate the puck quickly with their peripherals and fire it fast.

  • Keep it realistic — in a game you only get a split second. Bonus points if you can lift it under the bar.
