In an unprecented time such as the one we’re currently living in, it’s totally normal to feel detachment from a lot of the things that have come to play a big part in your life.
Hockey is one of those things, and with both professional and recreational hockey shut down, you might miss the game that is a big contributor to day-to-day happiness for a lot of us!
Fortunately, there are some ways to stay involved with the game during this downtime, to get us through the dark times while we wait for life to return to normal.
Here are some ideas!
- Watch old hockey games or highlights with your family on DVD, BluRay, or YouTube
 - Buy some rollerblades and skate through the streets with your kids, working on your strides and conditioning
 - Take some shots on the net in the driveway
 - Look through iPlayHockey’s Drill Vault and plan some future practices
 - Chime in on hockey conversations on Facebook and Twitter, both with fans and the professionals in the industry
 - Take a stab at some DIY hockey training tools that you can find online, and use them to work on your game, as well as your child’s game

These are just a few of the ways you can stay involved. Work some hockey back into your life while we wait for the return of hockey at all levels.
Which we have a strong feeling is going to be sooner rather than later!
