Catch and Release

Quick release shooting is the goal here. Set up two players near the faceoff dots. The receiver should focus on shooting immediately after the pass — no stickhandling. Prioritize speed over power to surprise the goalie. To make it harder, send a pass into your partner’s skates to simulate a broken play.
