I will be starting a hockey program as a contractor for a school divisions where 60 students will participate. I will have 3-4 employees besides myself. I will also be running other non hockey programs throughout the school year and also the summer. Below is their requirements.

Commercial general liability insurance in respect of the operations of the
Contractor in an amount of not less than Five Million ($5,000,000.00) Dollars
per occurrence, with an annual aggregate of not less than Five Million
($5,000,000.00) Dollars, insuring against bodily injury, personal injury and
property damage, including loss of use thereof and coverage for non-owned
automobile. Such policy shall include blanket contractual coverage and a cross
liability clause, and shall provide for a minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior
written notice to the Board of any cancellation or material change in coverage.
Such insurance shall be primary and non-contributory with respect to any
insurance maintained by the Board.

Tenant’s Legal Liability insurance in an amount not less than Two Million
($2,000,000.00) Dollars per occurrence, covering the Contractor’s legal
liability for damage to premises occupied or used by the Contractor in
connection with the Services, including damage caused by fire, explosion or
water, whether or not the Contractor is deemed to be a tenant of such
premises.

Abuse and Molestation insurance, either included with the commercial general
liability insurance required under Section 11.1(a) or by way of a separate
endorsement, with limits of not less than Two Million ($2,000,000.00) Dollars
per occurrence and in the aggregate, covering claims arising from actual or
alleged abuse, molestation, harassment or misconduct involving a student or
other vulnerable person, by the Contractor, its employees, volunteers, agents
or subcontractors in connection with the performance of the Services.
