I'm running a 4 on 4 mini league for 5 skates and would like a quote for just a month's worth of insurance as the start date is April 1st and ends April 28. I would also like a second quote to cover April and May and this will cover the 28 players in the 4 on 4 as well as 15 potential players for 2 spring hockey tournaments if I can get it off the ground!?!?
