Hello, I am interested in getting rates for hosting tournaments beginning with four teams with potential increase for eight teams and maybe some small development practises which would have 20 skaters on the ice at a time.

We will be hosting organizing supplying, referees, and timekeepers, and collecting payments for the tournaments

The first one will be for young girls born in 2019 so six or seven years of age with potential of a second age group of girls born in 2018 and later a group born in 2020

Each division will consist of four teams with round robin finals and consolation game for a total of eight games per division

We are interested in getting an insurance that would cover the players and officials in anything else that is typical in a tournament and then also for the development camps or practises we would like to know what insurance we should carry for that if it would be a one off event that could be grouped in with tournaments or is that something else we would look into

There is a possibility of a tournament in June or a couple of Friendly’s with other teams that are getting going. We’re not sure yet. It’s in the early stages but just wanted to reach out.

As of right now, everything would be registered under my name, but hopefully in the near future, we would create a nonprofit or a corporation
